DECLARATION USE OF DATA

The participant or provider of the data agrees to the use thereof by of Vereniging NKHTGT / SuperSixties for the purpose of organizing the activities of SuperSixties under the following conditions:

• First name, surname, place of residence, country and nationality, license number, transponder number, details of the participating car can be used to create and share participant lists for event organizers, to inform race participants and for analogue or digital publication in program booklets , websites of, among others, event organizers and SuperSixties as well as in analogue and digital journalistic publications and reports, social media, both in the form of participant lists and in the form of competition reports and competition results in any form of publication.
• Other personal data such as telephone number, home address, date of birth and ICE data (contact details ‘in case of emergency’) are only used for internal purposes and are not shared with third parties without the express prior consent of the person concerned.
• Email addresses are only used for communication with members/participants by email and for internal purposes and are not shared with third parties without the prior consent of the person concerned. Personal e-mail addresses will be shielded from recipients in email traffic.
• Participants cannot claim any form of right or compensation for the use of photos, videos, sound recordings and mentions in journalistic or any other form made during events during or as a result of participation in the competitions and other activities of SuperSixties.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Participation in SuperSixties events is at your own risk. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, participants are responsible for any damages incurred.

The participant is aware that participation in practice sessions, races and/or other (parts of) events (hereinafter collectively: “event”) entails risks of damage- including personal injury, property damage and consequential damage – both for him/her and for third parties, as well as for his/her goods, and/or goods of third parties.

“Participant” also includes the registrant, if this should be a party other than the participant himself. As well as any co-driver of a participant.

The parties listed below accept no liability for any damages suffered by the participant in connection with participation in an event. The relevant parties are:

• the FIA;
• the KNAF, MSUK, DSMB, FFSA and other (foreign) ASNs;
• the organizer(s) of an event or series (including Vereniging NKHTGT / SuperSixties);
• the promoter(s) of an event or series;
• the owner(s) or operator(s) of circuits;
• government agencies;
• parties otherwise involved in an event (such as timekeeping, rescue and ambulance service, track maintenance, etcetera);
• other event participants (including registrants, co-drivers, owners and/or keepers of participating vehicles, mechanics and helpers);
• as well as the (section) boards, board members, management, staff, officials, clerks of the course and volunteers of all these parties.

The participant declares that he/she will never hold the above parties liable for any damages, material or immaterial, including personal injury, suffered by him/her in connection with participation in events.
This waiver of liability becomes effective in relation to the above-mentioned parties by registration for the event. It applies to all claims regardless of the legal basis, both for claims for (damage) compensation based on contractual and non-contractual liability, including tort.

This waiver of liability is without prejudice to any other exclusions of liability, implied or express. This form is available in multiple languages. In case of discussions, disputes or interpretation of the document, the Dutch version is decisive.
